Refund/Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping at the Valdivia Arts Online Store We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Valdivia Arts will happily buy back any original or limited edition artwork at any time as long as it is in original condition. The item must be dropped off or shipped at the customer's expense. A refund will be issued after the artwork as been inspected and verified to be in original condition.

Shipping:
We ship canvas printed products to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Original Artwork and Limited Prints are reserved for Local Pickup. However, if you’re not local and are interested in an item please reach us at admin@valdivia-arts.com and we will try to arrange an appropriate shipping method for the item(s) of interest.
Currency:
Website prices are posted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are shopping from the US, please assume that all prices are in CAD unless otherwise posted.

Originals and most Limited Edition prints are physically held on hand at Valdivia Arts Studio. Limited Edition Canvas Prints of “Keeper of the Castle” are made to order. Due to the size and quality of the print, the lead time to manufacture this edition is 1 month.
